Cancellation policy

Our goal is to provide efficient, fast, and convenient delivery services; however, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or modify a shipment. To streamline this process, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Shipment Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel an order if it has not yet been handed over to our courier for processing. In this case, a full refund is provided. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with the order number.

Shipment Cancellation After Dispatch
If the shipment has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if unforeseen issues or delays occur, please contact us, and we will help resolve the situation.
These Terms apply to all shipments made using P-SERVISS services.

Service Cancellation Fee
If the order is canceled after being processed but before dispatch, a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order value may be charged to cover processing costs. This 10% is non-refundable.

Refund Conditions
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
