Suitable packaging

Proper packaging is considered when, without breaking it, it is impossible to remove and damage the goods or valuables inside. Packaging must also protect the environment from dangers that its contents or the packaging itself may pose.

All shipped goods or valuables must have external packaging (corrugated box or wood, paper envelope, plastic envelope/bag, cardboard tube), taking into account the specific properties of the goods or value. Factory packaging is not considered proper packaging and is not suitable for shipping.

ATTENTION! If the packaging is unsuitable, the Carrier is not responsible for the safe transportation of the shipment, does not compensate the Client for expenses incurred, and may file a claim with the Client in connection with damage caused to the Carrier or third parties.



- Large, non-standard, oversized or spatial items must be placed on pallets, even if their weight does not exceed 30 kg, unless the item has packaging that protects it from contact with other items, and other items cannot be placed on their surface (cabinets, machines, advertising stands, assembled furniture, glass products, etc.). In such cases, the base of the pallet must be larger than the base of the item being shipped. Goods or valuables (or parts thereof) should not be outside the package and/or pallet, as parts outside the package may be damaged or damage other items when the item is transported in a vehicle or during sorting.

- When placing goods or valuables on a pallet that are sensitive to pressure or contact with other items, they must have outer packaging.

- Palletized shipments must use neat, durable pallets that have not been repaired/repaired or otherwise modified.

- Goods or items (or parts thereof) must not be outside the packaging and/or pallet, as the parcel may be damaged when moving in a vehicle or sorting the parcel at a sorting terminal.
